Enrollment Requirements by Level

Diploma 1 – Coach Level

(Natural Medicine Coach / NMBT Coach / Animal Natural Medicine Coach)

Requirements to Enroll:

  • Must be at least 18 years old at program start date
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED, homeschool completion, or international equivalent)
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate fluently in English
  • Access to a computer or laptop with internet connection (Windows or Mac)
  • Willingness to adhere to the Institute’s Academic Standards and Code of Ethics
  • No prior natural medicine education required — open to beginners

Diploma 2 – Consultant Level

(Natural Medicine Consultant / NMBT Consultant / Animal Natural Medicine Consultant)

Requirements to Enroll:

  • Successful completion of Diploma 1 in the same department at the Institute of Natural Medicine OR approved equivalent from another recognized school
  • 80% or higher final GPA in Diploma 1
  • All practical assignments, papers, and quizzes from Diploma 1 completed in full
  • Access to required Diploma 2 supply kit (provided with tuition)
  • Commitment to continue following the Institute’s Code of Ethics

Diploma 3 – Practitioner Level

(Natural Medicine Practitioner / NMBT Practitioner / Animal Natural Medicine Practitioner)

Requirements to Enroll:

  • Successful completion of Diploma 2 in the same department at the Institute of Natural Medicine OR approved equivalent from another recognized school
  • 80% or higher final GPA in Diploma 2
  • All practical assignments, papers, and quizzes from Diploma 2 completed in full
  • Access to required Diploma 3 supply kit (provided with tuition)
  • Agreement to abide by advanced client confidentiality and professional standards

Notes

  • Students enrolling in a full track bundle are automatically placed into each diploma level in sequence upon completion of the previous one.
  • All programs are self-paced but have a maximum completion window (e.g., 3 months for Diploma 1, 6 months for Diploma 2, 12 months for Diploma 3).
  • Extensions may be granted for documented emergencies only.
