Tuition Agreement

This Tuition Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between the Institute of Natural Medicine & Healing Arts (“the Institute”) and the undersigned student (“Student”). By signing below, the Student agrees to the following terms and conditions regarding tuition, fees, and enrollment.

Tuition and Fees

  • Tuition is established by program, track, or diploma as published in the official catalog.
  • Tuition includes access to all course materials, textbooks, lessons, assignments, and digital certificates/diplomas.
  • Additional fees (if applicable) may include administrative services (e.g., transcripts, diploma reprints), re-enrollment, or certification/exam costs.

Payment Options

Students may select one of the following:

  • Pay in Full at enrollment.
  • Payment Plan: 25% Down Payment due at enrollment. Remaining balance divided into 12 equal monthly payments (or 18 months for select bundles).
  • Certificates may be paid in full or monthly with no down payment required.

Refund Policy

  • A full refund, minus administrative fees, will be granted if the Student withdraws within 7 calendar days of enrollment and has not accessed course materials.
  • Once course materials are accessed, tuition is non-refundable.
  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the school office.

Late Payments & Non-Payment

  • Payments must be made on or before their due date.
  • Late payments may result in suspension of course access.
  • Accounts delinquent beyond 30 days may result in dismissal from the program and loss of access to materials.
  • Students who complete academic requirements but have unpaid or late tuition may not receive early issuance of diplomas/certificates.

Certification & Diploma Release

Diplomas/certificates are issued only when:

  • All coursework is completed.
  • Minimum grade standards (70%) are met.
  • Tuition is paid in full, or at least 70% of tuition is paid with no late payments.

Leave of Absence & Withdrawal

  • Students may request a leave of absence (up to 6 months) with written approval.
  • Withdrawal must be requested in writing. Withdrawal does not automatically grant a refund.
  • Re-enrollment after withdrawal may require administrative fees and approval.

Acknowledgment

By signing this Agreement, the Student acknowledges they have read and understood the Institute’s Admissions & Enrollment Policy, Tuition & Fees Policy, Refund Policy, and Code of Conduct, and agree to abide by all terms.
